How Often Do You Buy New Content?

So im currently getting ready to do some more content shopping and was wondering, how often does everyone buy new content for their sites?

Do you buy on a monthly basis like i do or do you just buy it as and when you need it?

Also, do you tend to purchase one type of content more than another for example, image sets rather than movies or vice versa?

For most of my niches, I buy as soon as it's available because it is so hard to find.

I try to buy monthly, but if there is a deal, or I find something I like I snatch it up. We're starting to shoot our own exclusice content, so this will be updated weekly.
