The best no-BS TGP - but doesn't accept subs?

As a surfer, I love AskJolene.com

Gay, straight, movies, pictures, stories, blogs... this is not a conventional TGP by any means. What is this type of site called and why are there not more of them?

Problem is, there is no "submit" link, and a lot of the "fresh" content seems to repeat every 10-20 days. But there is no bullshit, no popups, blind links, redirects, circle jerks, or overuse of ads. So why does there seem to be so little variety of content being submitted to the site? I think 99.9% of this stuff is free hosted, no server hosted sites or galleries on here.

Can anyone find out what "kind" of site this is, and what other sites are modeled after this one?

Do you really offer a terrabyte of bandwidth? Does anyone ever use that much on your servers? I wish i could run up that much .

Hey I only sell the stuff. I'll be lucky if I ever use 1TB in a year let alone a month.

What I mean is, each and every day, the top 10 pages in the gay movies section is pretty much only updated by a handful of sites:

Porn pay per view
Boys that gag
Free sex search
Guys go crazy
His first gay sex
Papi.com
Male supersite
Boys first time

And that's about it. Rarely do I see any content from some of the most popular sites out there like Raging Stallion, Sean Cody, Chi Chi LaRue, Randy Blue, etc. So are these companies paying a large chunk of money to get their galleries posted in these prime spots? I could be gone for 2 weeks, and when I come back, the top ten pages are filled with content from those exact same sites again and again...

But I love the site and the way it is laid out. I just wish the sites that were submitting galleries were more varied. I'd rather see 10 galleries from 10 different sites rather than 10 galleries all from Guysgocrazy.com (example).

I have to admit that the gay niche is not as big as the general niche. But we spider each day for 100 a 200 new gay galleries some times much more. I will pm you the links ;-)

i used to get galleries posted at askjolene before they started charging for listings - and then i tried buying some listings. you may love them as "no bs" but their traffic sure didn't love anything we were selling. while of course tgps like shemp, persiankitty, thehun and so on were making sales for us every day. gaybeef, gaypicslist, gayeden and so on - you may not like the submission rules but that's what make surfers love those tgps, and that's what makes good traffic.

It's true that not every webiste make money with AskJolene. It's a combination of the quality of the galleries from the advertiser, the website, the queries he/she choosed and if they are relevant for the products he/she sell. I've been regularly submitting "no-reciprocal" gay galleries to AskJolene for about 1 1/2 years now, and I've been steadily getting an increasing amount of traffic from AskJolene. This is just wonderful as far as I'm concerned!
