Need resources in Cleveland Ohio

I am having a bitch of a time finding some decent resources in this city. Local listings and such just aren't cutting it.

What I need:

Sexually Oriented Business owner - someone who owns a SOB in Cleveland or Lakewood, so we can talk about zoning and code ordinances, additonal registration fees and such, especially when it comes to home-based business.

Attorney - You'd think "First Amendment Attorney" would be easy to find in a phone book? I need someone you can refer for an hour of consulting. I may still consider becoming an LLC.

Photo Studio - I have a feeling my city will give me a lot of grief for trying to hide my secret intentions to shoot nude models regularly in my living room. I'd like to know what a studio rental would cost for once or twice a week shooting. I have my own equipment.

Right now I am trying to find out the differences between Cleveland and Lakewood. Cleveland seems really laid back and Lakewood is like a prude - go figure even though it has such a high gay population. I was reading things like it costs $575 in Lakewood registration fees just to consider myself a SOB (how funny). I'd like to know how the setup is in Cleveland, and do the lawmaker's keep their noses out of your business or do they oversee things every now and then? I know this is a highly regulated business.

What kind of business do you run? I am gearing up to be a photographer. I ran into a speed bump when I read up on local Lakwood zoning regulations. I might not be able to do the whole home-based business thing if it involves smut. So my camera and lights will probably be traveling with me.

It's been about 6 years since I've been back to Cleveland, but when you take the exit to the airport off of 480, there are like 4 porn retail stores right in that area (I think it's techincally Middleburgh Heights) that you pass by on your way to the airport. Maybe the thing to do is drop in there, ask for the name of the manager or owner, and talk to him/her.
