New Drink

So, I just thought that I would share a new drink that I cam up with not too long ago. It's really good (especially if you've already had a few) and it makes an excellent chaser (even for Everclear, so there must be something good about it). You mix a half ounce of the following:

Blue Curacao
Amaretto
Sweet and Sour
and Lemon Juice

You can use a little more Sweet and Sour if you like. Mix all of that in a shaker and strain. Top it off with Coke and you're done. It makes a really nice green drink. I call it an Irish Six Leaf Clover. Let me know what y'all think. You can also make an Irish Five Leaf Clover by not adding the coke and taking it as a shot (It's a little too off of a flavor to just drink it that way).

You need to have this made for everyone when I take you to Vegas this January. I am sure DonMike will have more than his share...
