years ago claim nobody can put videos in any internet site without pay patents to ACACIA

Yeah i remember that, i think someone stood upto them and they lost. Would be interesting to get the facts though.

as far as i know, the acacia case is still in court under judge james ware who is reading and weighing all the claims. some he has rejected but not all by any means.

the guy who originally stood up to them is spike from homegrowncontent (ohgod, i hope i remembered his name correctly), he took legal donations, organized everything and it was he who really went the distance and got attorneys from the oldest and most respected patent law firm in the country - i was blown away, actually. there were other companies involved as well.
