Lots of proprietary sponsor affiliate systems have such a tracking system. I don't think CCBill's affiliate system alone can do this.
Blue Loot for pay site Randy Blue has a banner code that I use for tracking. Both WEGCash and PrideBucks have campaign codes for tracking.

I know Mesmerotic (our program), Helix Cash, and Intense Cash all use NATS which allows you to create campaigns with tracking codes.
no, ccbill can't do this but I believe any NATS or MAS sponsors do this.

That is correct all Nats and MPA have the ability to create your own campaigns. There is also a bunch of programs you can make campaigns with that use other software. I don't think you can do that with programs that use CCBill.
