according to folks at several other boards, ibill has owned that other domain for quite some time and the layout is the same as it was before. my guess is that ibill decided to make some money off all those literally thousands of links to billing support.

Those crooks should be in jail. Instead, I'm sure the perpetrators looted the company years ago and are living well on yachts or houseboats somewhere safely outside the US.

I can confirm that they have.

Several years ago iBill purchased a rather large ad campaign and to sweeten the deal even more for them i sent a few thousand hits to that site each month for them in surfer traffic
