    Politics is the new Spam

It’s weird… With the new posting guidelines on the forum, all I see now is Politics, Politics, webmaster info, politics.

The Spam at least broke it up a little.

Oh, don't get too worked up. We just had a major election that had a major effect on the US. It will fade away soon enough.

Instead, why don't you just ignore obvious political threads?

Political threads on page 1 of this forum...

Lots of members just quit my site...

    Republicans

    Question about the Election

    Rumsfeld Just Quit

i woke up and some of the good guys had won!

    Voters' Info

I think that's all of them... and 2 of them are about ready to fall off to the second page. Why don't you start several more business related threads and finish them off?

Btw, in the porn industry, politics have a very big impact on our survival. So it could be argued that political discussion IS business related.

Please do not misquote me. Please show me where I said "Fuck you, you republican lover" and "I only stand for and up-talk Democrats"

Yes, I've probably used the word "fuck" and "republicans" in the same sentence or paragraph. But it was not directed at anyone in particular on this board.

Maybe that's why you guys have so many problems down there. Too many people don't give a shit, mind you, y'all be the first ones to run around the world and tell everyone else they should "give a shit" and what they should give a shit about.

And this thinking is EXACTLY why we have a problem.

If you could give a shit less, then maybe you should go find a job in an industry that is not such directly effected by politics.

I started at least one of these threads but to me thats also about business in a funny way. As a non American im trying to understand the very complex and totally different US political system (different to what im used to at least). Not because im sad or boring but because what Congress do effects my bottom line. They ban gamblng and the few sales i made from it dissapear over night. If they do it to porn im stuffed (actually id go foriegn language but never mind). It effects my business so i should look at it and try to see whats happening and how it works.

In a few weeks time we probably wont be discussing it anymore.

A democrat can make the same anti-porn law that a republican can.

The bottom line is the law made, not who made it IMO

For me it all goes back to a news report last year about a WHITE, REPUBLICAN MAN accused of rape by a BLACK, DEMOCRAT WOMAN

Why they needed to point this out, race, sex and political standing, I don't know but knew it became overboard.

Yes, Politics change our laws and we should have an emotion attached to our views. I made an open statement "I could give a shit about the effects" and it's not true. The effects of anyone in office will effect my life, my business and my surrounding's.

I understand people don't think alike.

    For example...

I was at a GAY PUB the other night and a STRAIGHT WOMAN sucker punched me.

Do I now run around and hate Straight people? Girls? Drunk people? Was it a random Hate crime? Was this because I'm male? Gay?

In Tampa, within the city limits you can be fired or kicked out of your home for being gay. Proposition 1 failed and I has everything to do with the vote made by the political Board. It had a direct effect on my life. But I and everyone else moved on. I would rather learn from the past and use it for the future. Not just live in the past and miss out of the change opportunity.

Ok, So the Democrats are now in office! We can change the future from here!!! Can we?

Everyone said "I'm just going to vote DEM no matter what the DEM's view is. After that, we can work on the issues."

It was a Majority Democrat board that didn't pass the basic standard of human ethical treatment to humanize a landlord and protect his openly gay tenets.

But ultimately I know I'm going to be wrong and in some cases Black listed by a few. And when we are here for business based on political view... That's kind of fashist (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fashist) and unfair.

And Bush speaks crap about lack of civil rights abroad..

Does the USA have a Gay Rights lobby? I did some work for ours and it was very rewarding. I now have rights i didnt know i didnt have before and i feel good that i helped to make a difference.

The more people in America who challenge these laws the quicker America will change imo.
