OK, so if you get an email from someone asking for samples of your DVDs because he's got a huge "1.6 million member email list" that he's going to sell your DVDs with... he's a fraud and just wants free porn.

I've been in contact with him... he's quite elusive when you try to get answers from him, like what's his website, where is he based and can he send me a list of his present titles he carries.

OH, and a google search for his company comes up with nothing.:shithitfan:

This is MWE interactive aka Myracomm Web Entertainment. He just posted here a day or two ago after being bashed by practically everyone, and I have a strong suspicion that the ONE person who posted defending him (who has never posted here before) is actually either the same person as the person who emailed us, or is operating out of the same office.

Oh... and there are no records whatsoever anywhere in Florida for either company name, and the address for the company is a UPS Store.

yeah, when I emailed him and asked him what his web address was, he said "that's none of your business.. am I doing business with you? NO. You don't need to know anything"

So yeah, he's a scammer.

I think Jake Cruise made a thread about him a while ago, too.

I think he's refined his technique a little. Now, when you ask about his website, he says he doesn't have one, or he ignores your emails.

Interesting business model. According to him, no website, no phone number to place orders, yet 1.6 million "opt-in" customers want to buy from him. Presumably by emailing their credit card number through insecure email or mailing their checks to a UPS store address.

I love it when people haven't even thought through their lies.

well... the story goes that he used to place large orders (which he presumably sold somewhere), paid with a credit card, and charged it back several months later. This information came from several different, reliable sources.

In a thread here, he denied violently that he's ever used credit cards, so my guess is after word got out, he changed the company name and now uses fake cashiers checks or something.

So he's doing this to sell the DVD's? as in getting stock from producers for fake checks? Or does he only wants samples, for his "private" needs?

How he's not in jail, I don't know. Maybe he just stays one step ahead.

He probably either has a store that he sells them from or he redistributes them to stores in the Florida area.

I would love to nail the guy. But he is reading this forum now so we'd have to be tricky. That or track down the people he's ripped off and, if the statute of limitations hasn't expired, get the police fraud squad interested.

Maybe someone should post on GFY and see who there knows about the guy.

He's sent us all that email, and we know that it constitutes email fraud since he's trying to steal stuff.

not sure if it's worth it, but I'm sure a lot of people would enjoy going after him.
