Text Editing Program for Mac

Does anyone know of a good, easy to use, text edit program for Mac?

For editing text ONLY and not for anything fancy...

Any suggestions are appreciated!

i'm giving this a bump. tony needs an editor that won't reformat css or change java - just edit text with no frills. sort of notepad for mac.

I think I found one that works - Taco HTML Edit - this is perfect and a great match for our Chili Host!
