    Advise on hiring a designer!

Think about my new pet project. One of the things ill need is a decent design.

You know when you view someones portfolio, it looks all good, you like the work and the price is good value for the quality there. The thing is are they not the very best that designer has done? So does that mean that my design may not be as good? How can you know for sure?

I did think about asking to see the last few projects they worked on but that only helps if the designer is honest (they wont show you a rubbish design now will they!). Also the client may have loved the work, but if its not what i want i may not like it.

What happens if you get a design done and totally hate it?

    Any advise here?

Tell them to redo it? I don't think a reputable design house is looking to fuck you over, or only wants a one-off relationship.

But if your designer has no feedback, and is suspiciously cheap....

it makes sence to negotiate all the details before they start, most common point is to deliver the design client wants.

most normal design companies will redo the sample if u totally hate it
but u will need good description of what u like dislike so the designer can understand what u need and can do the second thing that will satisfy u
the main thing is good description before starting the work

if clients know what they want and they can describe good all the things
the results will not dissapoint them if they choosed good design company

A good graphics designer will sit down and discuss with you what you want for you site, colors, lay out and such. Then they will create a template for you to approve and then work off of. If you don't like the template they should redo it for you and this should all be part of the contract you sign.

the porn industry sucks BIG TIME in terms of working up contracts and agreements between suppliers/vendors and clients - in the REAL world, companies enter into agreements with designers and suppliers - these agreements spell out the tasks and associated fees, the project timing and the payments as well as other details so that nothing is left to the imagination in terms of what is to be done and who is responsible for delivering -

I encourage everyone to write up a simple agreement so that all parties know exactly what is to be done, how many reviews and changes are allowed, what all of the associated fees and out of pocket expenses will be and when and how the payments are to be made

That's me and how I have run design companies for the past 30 years... and now a production company for the past 6 years - am I dating myself?!?!

If you get a design done through us, and you aren't entirely happy with any part of it, we keep re-designing until you are completely 100% happy with everything

This approach has helped us become one of the leading adult design studios
