isn't that great Tom - congrats!
Really like it :goof: nice work!
Hot!
I think if I could draw my own porn that'd leave me satisfied forever! .
tombarr, do you actually do any of the artwork yourself or do you have some staff artists? Or is it somewhat like photo/video content where you buy or even contract people for stuff?
Cuz what I've always been curious to know about artwork like that is whether or not the artists ever use their own drawings for their own pleasure. Like... draw up a visual depiction on their own fantasy (scenario or fantasy guys) and then just masturbate to it themselves. hehe.
I just want to know if this is the standard of artwork quality?
I know a few people say, IT Must look like Glen Hansen, Joe Phillips or Pattrick Fillin's art but nothing I have seen looks anything like Glen, Joe or Pattrick other than the stuff on their own sites.
Be Who You Are!
I do not do this artwork myself. ... I only wish I could draw ... but even if I could, with all the other hats I have to wear I would not have the time to do galleries for the site.... We have at this time 2 dedicated artists for this site, with more coming onboard....as well as buying exclusively generated art from other artists as well.
I contribute by detailing the 20 panels and what should occur in each one, giving the overall story, concept and action descriptions, and the artists take it from there.
There are several different styles to toon art and a long long history spanning back centuries of how cartoon art is drawn. To say all artists Must look like a standard to be considered proper art is not correct at all.
People hold Pattrick, Glen, and Joe up as icons of the American Style of Gay cartoon artists.... and their styles are cartoon... with Pattrick and Joe approaching more realism, with Glen more heavily on the toon aspects of his art.
Our site encompasses several different styles, including this one, in the anime style, fashioned after the Japanese originated style of boy - boy love known as Yaoi. There are many other forms of toon art, to include 3D, Manga style ink drawings, anime, cartoon, etc.
To say that artists must meet the standard of a Pattrick or Joe, or Glen to be considered good art, is like saying all porn photography must be the same standard as XXXXX photographer... when in fact there are tastes and desires and demand for a huge variety of styles and quality.
Great -- grabbed my link. :santa:
