    CCBill WebAdmin Report Question..

    Does anyone happen to know if there is a report in WebAdmin that shows both the customers original join date and the customers cancellation date on the same page?

    I dont really feel like having to go through the entire years transactions manually to get this information, especially if i can just download a .csv file with it already in.

    Hey Lee,

    The Cancellations report will give you this data once you break down the total number.

    Reports-->Members-->Cancellations
