Hello everyone!

I'm new here. But perhaps you recognize me from another board. For those who don't, allow me this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Richard Wagner, Ph.D., I'm the president of Daddy Oohhh! Productions; Quality Adult Entertainment, Education and Enrichment, here in Seattle.

I've been working in the sex field for over 25 years, predominately as a therapist. I've been involved in all sorts of sex education and sexual enrichment projects, so about six years ago, I thought it would be a challenge to bring a fresh, healthier perspective to adult entertainment. And I guess it's working, because I am pleased to announce that Daddy Oohhh! Productions was named the "Best Gay Video Series" by the West Coast Sex-Positive Culture Awards.

They write:
This producer get kudos, and ultimately this award, both for his foresight in working with new (and possibly rising star) actors such as Nick Stone, as well as for his philosophies of "affirming the fundamental goodness of sexuality in human life" and restoring the "romantic, alluring, and seductive aspects of our sexuality" to porn. His films are often playful, featuring men you could imagine meeting in real life, and are popular both with women who like gay porn as well as with gay men. Good work.

My commitment is one of excellence through a fundamental sense of personal and professional ethics. We are doing projects that celebrate sexuality, not denigrate it. Daddy Oohhh! Productions replaces what has somehow gone missing from porn lately; the romantic, alluring and seductive aspects of sex. We remedy this by putting the playfulness back into sex play, and doing so with wit, style and a sense of humor. I assume that this will strike a successful cord with all sex positive people. We've released nine full-length movies to date, and have other projects in post-production. You can find more information about this on our website.

Besides entertainment we are also doing sex education. We are preparing projects that will help people face and explore their sexuality after a life-threatening illness such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer. The sexual enrichment portion of our mission is to create helpful as well as witty "how to videos" for those who want to expand their sexual repertoire (anal sex, oral sex, SM, BD, etc). We plan to film Dr. Dick's Guide to Sexual Intimacy, a series of Public Service Announcements based on my online sex advice column.

We have two sister sites to Daddy Oohhh, Jizz4U.com - and Queer4U.com - . One is an XXX membership site, the other an online magazine sort of deal. It has profiles, chat, galleries, features, columns, news, erotica the whole enchilada. We like to think of it as Smut For the Thinking Man.

Probably the most interesting thing on the horizon is Seattle Studio Space. I am actively looking for forward thinking people to join a partnership to revive the brilliant internet broadcast studio I had going here last year. This is my passion, for sure. It is also the definitive wave of the future for the entire industry, as probably you already know.

The beauty of this concept is that it delivers high quality digital content directly to the consumer at a fraction of the cost hard copy DVDs. This solution avoids all the expense and madness of replication and distribution.

While I respect your right to promote any legal type of content you wish, and market that content in the way you want, I am getting the impression you might be yet other one of these self proclaimed moral compasses we get around here from time to time. i'm a contributing member on several of these webmaster boards. this is the first time anyone has ever responded to me in such an inhospitable manner. did my introduction really necessitate you coming on so strong? me, push a moral agenda? i don't think so. frankly, sir, it is you, not me, who appears to be setting yourself up as the arbiter of what is proper and what is not on this board.

Ya don’t take it so hard man, if you think about things it really did bring life to your thread. Some people around here are going to question you from time to time, we try to have some real conversations not just a bunch of BS, “good job” or some other PR crap that does no one any good. The description makes it sound not "good" so much as "good for me", but I'm always interested to see people take adult material to new places. I'm also the first one to get excited by stuff that isn't really meant to be exciting.
