30 Second Support

Well I have been blown away with the service from Chilihost since I have been his client (for the past 9 months) and today just got better.

I wanted to add something to my server setup and so I used his support ticket system - I submitted my ticket, went to my email and downloaded the support notice .... and along with it came the reply from the support team too saying they were on with it at that very minute - all within 30 seconds

Never have I experienced a faster support

Aren't they great that way? I scarcely need to use their ticket system because I just don't ever have many problems, but when I do, they're so fast at replying and fixing things. I hear other people can't even get their hosts to resolve very basic problems and I just shake my head.

I love hearing this, I worked quite a bit with those support guys before starting the ticketing system to ensure they would be able to give quality support that Chilihost is known for. I will pass on the kudos.

I love the customer support ... I had 2 sites needing tgp scripts and arrowtrader installed. All was up, installed, cron jobs added and access info available for BOTH sites in under TWENTY minutes!:luke:
