This is cute

What charities/nonprofits/advocacy groups do you give to?
Surfrider Foundation
Electronic Frontier Foundation
Human Rights Campaign
Coast Guard Foundation
All of mine are more politically-inclined than humanitarian so something like the one mentioned in the article is long overdue. That'll go on to my list. 8)

Have an idea and make it come to life!
That is a nice story.
Personally my charities are:
Juvenile Leukemia Foundation
St. Jude's Research Hospital
Human Rights Campaign
Central Florida Food Bank
There are other charities I give to without thinking but these are the foundations I write checks for annually.
My best,
Gary

now that a lot of people are getting their tax refunds might I suggest a newer charity that's very dear to my heart in the hopes you'll take the time to consider contributing to it?
It's called the BDBionic Anti-Celibacy Foundation.

Some graphic design friends and I just helped a charity put up a website yesterday. It's for an organization that collections teddy bears and distributes them to emergency personnel and the military doing humanitarian aid so that they have something to give to children who need a bit of comfort during a crisis situation.
