Each movie zip file contains 10 movie clips with a length of around 20 seconds and size of around 2 MB for each clip in the zip file, plus a folder with big screen shots of the clips from which you can make thumbs as you like.
Each photo zip file contains a full photo set with 50, 100, 200...high quality pictures, depending on the original set, so you have enough content there to make galleries or free sites.
