So im working on re-categorizing some of the content i have in my CMS right now and was wondering, what would you say the 'largest' size a 'small cock' should be?

6 Inches and smaller, 5 inches and smaller?

If I am correct that's the same as 15cm and below... which I think would fit into that category.

Sure, one can apply the simple 5" rule, however there are always exceptions.
