Need help finding something for win xp

I just got a windows xp computer today and the bozzo who installed windows xp installed it in french .. I been trying to figure out how to switch it to english since it is so hard to understand this french computer LOL i found a way but it keeps saying ask my administater for some stuff LOL

were can i download a windows xp english language pack so i can have my pc in enlgish instead of french

with a Mac computer things are so much easier heheheh

I ***think*** you have to purchase an english copy of WinXP, it doesn't allow you to just switch. This is how it is for Spanish WindowsXP (I found this out after hours of frustration trying to switch it for a friend), but it may be different for French given that you prolly purchased it in Canada where bilingual is a law.
