Buying traffic and my limited results

Well i brought some tgp gallery hits, 50k for $25. Tried running it to a twink program, did nothing. Sent it to a pps program that i have great results on and got 3 sales - so in profit with 30k still to use.

My view now is that i was lucky at where i brought it from. The brokers seem to buy or skim the traffic. The brought stuff must be the traffic that no one else can use. Im guessing they tried to sell the surfer as much as they can, couldnt, so sold it to a traffic broker.

If you have a sponsor or site that has amazing ratios (pps) or amazing ratios plus decent retention (%) then i think its worth a try. I also think i have to update the galleries alot that the traffic is going to.

For me it was a good deal when i changed the sponsor. I am thinking i could sell the traffic as exits to other different brokers if i controled the site im sending it too via the galleries.

Maybe doing a hub would make the traffic less of a risk.

Ive learn abit on this, reinforced what people are telling me about hubs and stuff and learnt that the trick is to control where the surfer goes. With that control it seems less of a risk.

Great learning curve if nothing else.

all traffic has some value, depending on how you use it. It sounds like for the small investment you have learned a lot and maybe you will even be able to take those ideas and integrate them into your own sites to make your traffic pay off more too

Yes your dead right. The lessons ive learnt should be obvious and ive read it all before. Just didnt really understand it properly. Im not making the best of the traffic i have i dont think.

how long did it take them to deliver all the traffic you ordered? i always liked the traffic there but it had slowed a lot for me.

20k in two weeks but thats with only 10 galleries - im adding more for different sponsors now. Still got 30k left!

I have to admit i would prefer all the hits within two weeks. It would make it easier to make more money from it. Maybe multiple traffic brokers could work better. Ill let you all know who else i try and how well they do.

I saw a site the other week offering clicked tgp traffic, except he explains its not tgp, thats just what "he calls it". Its clicked traffic as in surfer clicks a link to a page that doesnt exist and it diverts to your site. Now in my day we'd call that 404! wtf

Were there a lot of rules about what you could do on your galleries, or could you pretty much do what you wanted because you were buying traffic?

Just the usual rules really.

1) You can submit up to 15 galleries per category.
2) Galleries must be clean. Don't submit galleries with buttons for tgp's on them. If your linking to your own tgp that's ok.
3) Your gallery must contain atleast 8 pictures or 3 movies.
4) Thumbs must link to pics or movies. You may also link to an html page which contains the full size pic with additional banners/links to sponsor. However, you may not blind link thumbs.
5) Pictures must be legal licensed content. Any form of child pornography, ***********, rape, incest, violence will be rejected. Any content where the models appear underage will be declined.
6) Redirecting galleries to anything other than a gallery page at any time will be viewed as a cheat attempt and your account will be cancelled without refund.
7) Submit galleries that correspond to the correct category. Straight galleries will not be listed.
8) Never, ever, ever load trojans/spyware, dialers or popups on your pages.
9) Galleries from Bucksfactory will be declined. Models on several of their sites are clearly underage.
10) Do not include references to urination, scat, underage, rape, incest or any extreme activity in your description.
11) Please do not promote either gayclix.com or sellgaytraffic.com pph or ppc links on the galleries you submit to me. I own both of these programs and this results in me sending traffic back to my own sites.
12) Do not make major changes to your galleries after submitting them. Something minor like changing an ad is fine, but don't add popups or a bunch of ads on the top after submitting your galleries.
