Some customer would not stop complaning about evreything on my site so he ask for a refund and I gave it to him .. then when I told him I did he did not belive me so i showed him proof of it.. so the next day he emailed verotel telling them i showed them all his info with his name and home adress now the customer has gone all crazy i told him i would get verotel to ban him from joining my site again since this is a cutomer with problems LOL

but the fbi can get what he told me ,he showed me everything from my
card number .my name ,city state etc..he blocked me from your system
..i well call yahoo and see if they can retrive it ,h stole my perssonal id..

again verotel reply to him he said

can i call u and tell u over the phone ?
he was mad at me couse i wanted a refund from him and told me that he
well have me blacklist from vertel and showed me all my stuff over
yahoo if u want me to try too get it from yahoo i can and if the fbi
neeeds to call u can i put your name in the email to them..why would

lie to u or the fbi about the guy showing my name on yahoo..

I wouldn't lose any sleep. The FBI has WAY more important things to do that listen to some guy who can't even write a coherent email. It's clear this guy is a few fries short of a happy meal.

Most likely Verotel has already banned him, and I would suggest that you might want to pass the info on the guy to Epoch and CCBill in case they want to proactively ban the guy as well, he sounds like nothing but trouble.

On the same token, I have an idiot friend that feels the same way about everything. The only difference is that her mom is the regional audit manager for the IRS.

You never know who this guy knows, or who he is friends with, or whatever.

If it were me, I would simply make sure my ducks were in a row, that I had done nothing wrong, and simply move on. Keeping in mind that an angry customer can cause a lot of headaches...so it is always best to be proactive when dealing with them.

It sounds like you did everything right though, so I would not worry a bit.

Unless his dad is Special Agent Dipshit as well.

also IGNORE THEM. the more you try to reason with them the more amo you are giving them later you have already seem what he wil try to do. dont communicate with him. often theses people want attention its hard to argue when the other side isnt responding.
