what is the #1 thing you want from a live cam site?

i am curious , when looking at a live cam site what is the top thing you want?
for example:

On time chats ( no empty chair when there should be a chat).
The hottest guys.
Loads of sex.
couples chatting together.

what would you say the top thing would be?

i don't think there is 1 single top thing. my top things are all of equal importance. they are:

ease of navigation
no icky guys
reasonable video quality
the type of guys my surfers want to see
guys on live enough of the time to make people want to come back

Time zones!
May sound daft but I've only seen a few that have in mind non US based surfers. Each time I've been to live sites I've found that unless I get up at 3 in the morning I'm going to miss the show and can only watch the archives. I'm in Europe and I'm sure there's loads of folk around who would tune in and join in if the shows were more suited to non US times as well.

Oh - good schedules too, I've recently been to several that have no info about what's on and when.

I know it's pretty much impossible, but i want to see sex, whenever I log on. If i'm surfing for porn, I don't want to sit and chat with the guys, i want to get in, get off, and go... any time of day.

I would have to agree with just about everything said in all of the above posts......but I single this one, TIME ZONES, out as I think it is a major one that I would put at the top of the list.

you know when we opened our Tampa location we aimed it squarely at europe, chats during those time zones, marketing everything, couldn't get the interest, in the end we changed it back to US times since that was still where 90% of the members and sales were coming from after a year
