Does anyone know if i have to install a network printer on ALL machines that will be using it to print over a wireless network or if i can install on a single machine and have the other PCs/Laptops use it off of that installation?

Has to be installed on every computer that will be using that printer.
Depends on your OS of course. But you can either install it on them all or install it on one of them and share it, although that one computer has to be on all the time for the others to use it.

If it's a Windows network, you can install the printer on whatever machine it's physically connected to, then go to each of the other machines that will access the printer, click on "printers" then "add network printer" then browse/navigate to the printer and click "Install." The remote computer will automatically pull the drivers it needs from the computer the printer is actually installed on.
If the entire network is wireless, the efficient way to do it is install on each computer. If you have a computer set up as an in-office server with the printer connected directly to it, then you can feed the installs off of that particular computer
