Great work, but i get the impression that the content owners waste alot of time with these sites and dont really get anywhere. They just build new sites with more stolen content.

IMO this is the biggest issue damaging our industry. I think its allways been there

Since there is a billing company involved, a DMCA letter actually does some good. If enough producers send DMCA letters, the webmaster will lose his billing solution.

So, anyone that has stolen content on this site, or any other site, can contact me for the method or the DMCA letter form to fill out.

Look at archive.org. He's been doing this since 1999. There were a lot of webmasters doing this sort of thing back in that era, but you've got to wonder about the 1% still doing it. Look at all the money they've lost over the years by not going legit.

For this site, and this site alone -- I am offering my services for the purpose of sending a DMCA letter to CC Bill for no charge to anyone that has images that are being used without the owner's permission.

If you send me the URL of the page where the images are on this site, the proper name of the company that owns the images, and can represent to me that you have the authority to act on the copyright owner's behalf, and that the images are being used without the copyright owners permission, I will send the DMCA letter to CCBill.

The letter I sent yesterday was acted on quickly and the images are down now. Under 24 hour response.

I can understand CC Bill's perspective in that they won't close an account just because of a DMCA violation. What I want to do is show that there are MANY violations and THEN maybe they will close the account.

Thus, my offer of complimentary legal services for any infringed upon content owners who are being victimized by this site.

One act of piracy can be overlooked -- a pattern of piracy needs to be punished.

Diego Lozano is one of his models, and those are his photographs.

This is an interesting collection of guys. It's very weighted to European guys. A lot of them are Hungarians from Csaba Borbely's movies: Fred Goldsmith, Lucio Maverick, Kevin Cage.

There's also "Gerardo" who is a Hungarian model named Gerardo Cortez. Those photos may be by Borbely.... or, he also did some solo scenes, I remember him in their BoyWatch series. So he along with Erik Kovak would properly be the property of Bel Ami Online.
