The blog owner is likely not the pirate of your video. It's hosted on DailyMotion, and might be on dozens of blogs.

Video blogs are a double edge sword. A number of producers upload their own material hoping it gets picked up on the blogs. However such blogs are almost always run by porn fans who can't tell the difference between authorized and pirated.

Many Well-Known Industry Attorneys are only in the industry because they know they can fleece pornographers who have very little choice when looking for legal counsel. Others try to scare the hell out of you with predictions of lifetimes in jail if you have a file out of alphabetical order. I am neither.
