Need some honest review advice

Hey there GWWers,

Need some honest advice about a website that I am partner in. We launched last year with moderate success, and are embarking on redesign efforts. Hoping to find out what is great, good, and bad about the site.

From the date of your post you can see i don't get around as much as I should....overall, looks good.

1. I wonder if maybe your preview trailer is more then enough to get off to. Seems to offer plenty there without even going inside.
2. We know 'high' 'low' but from my checking around, most surfer's have no idea what that means.
3. If there is a preview for each section, then why not one for groupXXX?
4. 'try our yummy buffet' page two, seems to flash so fast that the after images those colors caused made it pretty tough to read and I wanted to get off that page fast (cause it was hurtin my old eyes).
