They have been having problems lately, haven't they? All that maintenance that they keep apologizing for.. sure isn't fun but as for loading the account, not here, just in getting it out but it did resolve itself.. :morning:

Well i was told by someone on ICQ that this is because of the new gambling law and that Epass are still processing for casino sites so banks are now starting to refuse processing transactions for them.

I guess we'll see what happens in the next few weeks with this.

    Regards,

    Lee

Yes I have. They want to hold my money for a week till I can send it. Its just a way to make interest in it. If they do that to 1000 or more people they can make a lot of $$$ :hmm: :hmm:

The only issue i have had is they are not allowed to pay certain types of accounts in certain countries because of fraud.. I always do a credit card load because quite frankly the bank load takes too long.

I just had an experience with Western Union where Wells Fargo will no longer let their card holders use Western Union's online transfer service due to fraud ... and it makes the card holder call on the phone to send money which of course costs $20 more...

I think there are a lot of changes going on right now IRT online security, fraud etc. with entities that process financial transactions online involved in send funds to others... perhaps part of an anti terrorism, anti fraud or anti gambling tightening of the applicable security precautions or banking laws governing these areas.

Epassporte have become even more of a problem when needed to pay affiliates. Many affiliates want to be paid by epassporte because of where they are located in the world.

Epassporte are now putting a stop to certain countries sending money to others.

As a program owner, imaging what kind of mess that leaves you in. I currently have 3 affiliates im having a problem with paying.

Well CCBILL and Paycom are declining my epass virtual card despite their being way enough funds to cover. Its woked fine before. Ive never ever done a charge back so maybe this is why?

I know alot of webmasters on GFY are complaing about bank transfers taking ages.
