I can't exactly put my finger on what I find attractive about shaved head guys. Usually the ones that I find most attractive are younger (30's), and they almost always have really big smiles. With shaved heads, it can be either hit or miss, some guys can pull it off, some guys can't.
It could also be kind of hot mixed in with some black framed glasses YUM!
I don't, but I do recall an aquaintance stating that the combo of muscles, tats and a bald head was the ultimate ruggedness. And I recall another stating that they loved bald heads, but bald heads combined with thin necks was a turn-off.Originally Posted by basschick

I'm a bald man with a bald partner and were both attracted to other bald men. I am attracted to bald men almost exclusively... and at the very least men with buzz cuts. Just about any reasonably attractive bald man will get an extra glance from me.
It's kind of hard for me to pinpoint my attraction. I simply find bald/balding men to be more masculine. I actually have a preference for men that are balding naturally over men that shave their heads. I just love the combination of a smooth dome with closely cropped hair around the back and sides. Maybe subliminally it's the extra dose of testosterone that causes baldness that attracts me.
My attraction is also part of a package deal. If a man has the combination of a smooth head with great thick facial hair, chest hair and a nice solid build... PHWOAR! That's the perfect man for me!
And as I type this, my perfect man is carrying buckets of rocks from the frontyard through the house to the backyard. Who doesn't love a man that does yard work at 1 am? Maybe I should go jump his bones!
And another thing...
There is nothing less attractive to me than a balding man that is trying to cover it up with a comb-over or a toupee. And I think it is the insecurity that I find most repulsive. To me, there is nothing sexier than a confident, unselfconscious man. And I find nothing more unappealing than a vain man who obsesses about his appearance.

Bald men - the ones I like looking back at when walking by are somewhat build/athletic and their jeans fit rather witht around their butts... Thats about what I can recall

I kinda like the dad from that bike-shop show in Orange County they have on TV - dunno if he's bald though
But yeah - like with other men its the whole package IMHO.
Leather goes well with bald, but so does a nice suit and tie or sportcloths.
But when I hear "bald guys" I imagine a mature guy aged 35-50

I think for most surfers, based on research ive been doing the past week or so, it would appear that the confidence bald men seem to put off is a big factor, ive been hanging around several forums for 'bald men' and from what i have been able to gather about the information post, 'confidence', 'personality' and 'fun' would appear to be the main reasons someone is attracted to a bald guy, also coupled with a sense of masculinity/maturity.
The other interesting thing i have noticed about guys who are bald/shaved is that if they have a goatee also, that seems to make them 'hotter' in the vast majority of surfers views.

You know, I guess there's something that goes back to my childhood, and the fact that both my father and uncle were balding men. Not that I ever wanted to sleep with my father or uncle (they really weren't my "type", haha), but I guess I associate balding men with maturity simply b/cuz of my childhood experiences with balding men. And maturity is something that's a big turn-on to me.
A man like Lance Gear (a now-retired porn star who was big for a while) can be so fucking hot because of the rugged masculinity and confidence that he portrays, but some men just don't know how to do the balding thing very well.
I certainly love hot guys with full heads of hair, but balding men are definitely a turn-on if they display confidence.
