What is your Favorite all time Memory?
That would probably be a tie with 2 that really stay with me, and both involve mother nature. The first was the one I related about the snowflakes on the picture window one New Year's Eve. The other -I was driving to Georgia to visit friends for Thanksgiving one year, and went thru the Blue Ridge Mountains. Going UP the mountain every blade of grass, twig, tree trunk and leaf was coated in a thin sheet of ice. It was like a fantasy winter wonderland, I've never seen such a total blanket of ice like that since... pristine and undisturbed. Everything sparkled and threw off prisms of color like sunlite thru a crystal. As I crested the mountain and headed down - the woods were at peak Fall - The trees were still full of leaves and the colors were magnificent! Blazing oranges, yellows and reds as far as you could see.

How long have you been with your Partner?
Six years this month.

When did you realize that you were gay?
Subconciously - age 5
Actually understood I was gay - age 32

What is your favorite food?
That's a toughie - I worked in food service for over 30 years so have a lot of favorites depending on my mood.
Fav comfort food: tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich
Fav spoil me food: perfectly grilled porterhouse steak with portabella mushrooms and grilled onions, honey and cream corn on the cob, fresh out of the garden sliced tomatoes and slices of sweet cantelope.

If you were to write a book about your life story, how many chapters long would it be?

No, only place I've been out of US is Canada.

romantically - I was 17

What is your favorite color?
I'm not sure anyone who is artistic can have ONE fav color! For clothes I like greys, blacks and browns (tan). In nature, red/orange, yellow and lavendar and spring greens.

Carole King - Tapestry - it's a classic that never fails to have me singing along!
Raphael's - Music to Disappear In -never fails to inspire my muse, also wonderful for bedroom romantic time
Anything by Steele Eye Span - I love traditional folk music
Anything by Lorenna McKinnett - same reason as above
Moody Blues - Nights In White Satin - it touches into the teen and young twenties of my life - and I've seen them in concert a LOT
Margie Adams - Naked Keys - she was my "coming out" concert


5.What's the worst job you've ever had?
hmm - several come to mind LOL! Usually it wasn't the JOB itself, but a person "in authority" who liked to make life miserable for those who worked under them.

That's easy - Manager of the Marina here in Cleveland. I loved working by the Lake everyday - just fed me spiritually like no other job I've had.

An online friend knew I designed sites and wants to eventually make enuff money to be the stay at home mom for their little girl - and asked if I'd do the designs if she did the marketing.

Probably the muscle guys - just love the artistic-ness (is that a word?) of their bodies.

Yes - and it's a beautiful city.

What kind of vehicle do you drive?
Right now we have a 1993 Nissan Pickup truck - in like new condition, less than 10,000 miles on it.
