First he needs to change to posters must register, I think. But it wants to upload files - that neither of us knew what it might do to the darn blog! There we a couple of scary moments .. but he needs instructions from someone more skilled.

I had the same problem used to get 2000 spams daily

you'll need to make an account at wordpress.com to use akismet on your blog but it's free and works awesome

if you have wordpress 2.0 it comes preinstalled
