That a lot of them simply dont seem to understand the differences between the offline and online world, in fact, several companies i have spoken to in recent weeks about bringing their product lines to the digital age are still under the assumption that the money will just roll in
They dont want to use unwatermarked images on tours, they dont want to offer affiliates free content, hosted galleries or even banners with their content on them for fear of watering down their brand/image.
All of this makes it really hard to get new sites launched LOL
I think the hardest thing i have found though in adapting physical product to the web is that a lot of these companies want to have some kind of familiarity between their existing webfronts and the porn sites they want to launch, which isnt easy when they only use 2 or 3 colors on their stores
A few of them also dont fully understand the concept of '2257' and having to provide documents to companies using their content, that is actually one of the more worrying things to me.
Oh well, rising to challenges is good as it keeps the mind fresh but still, its annoying having to constantly explain why what 'they' want to do isnt what they 'need' to do in order to be successfull.
Needless to say, there's a lot of good stuff happening behind the scenes with Condom Cash right now and hopefully sometime in the next few months will see the fruits of all of this labor in the public eye

Lee
