Well finally the Apple TV is being shipped today after long delays. Now I just cross my fingers and hope to die that it will be a hit so we can all make some money from this invention of Apple

What porn user would not love to download content directly into their big TV screen downstairs? Now the porn industry has to come up with innovative ways of exploiting this to our advantage!

One way I was thinking about is a username/password protected Video podcast, since podcasts can be set to upload to the AppleTV. As long as you're a member of a site, you'll get the automatic video clips every day

Any other ideas?

It might be good practice to see how things will work in the future, but Microsoft Interactive TV will make this seem like yesterdays news in a year or 2. Apple is just trying to get a jump on everything, but they are not the horse I am betting on. :flogging:

With cheap hosting and storage space not being a problem for most, serving all new emerging technologies doesn't cost that much, just some innovation and organization so that the user doesn't get confused.

Microsoft coming up with a set-top box? Kewl, can't wait to see that one!

Ya I do believe this emerging technology will be the “next big thing” could even replace cable and most peoples home internet access at the same time. I have seen Bill say users will have full net access, so I am sure their will be many new ways to cater to viewers.
