I think the point he's making is don't take a barely-18 guy and put him in a setting that makes him look much younger.

You can do interesting, colorful backgrounds that in no way imply younger than 18... anything from colorful furniture to comforters, outdoor settings, etc can contribute to a more interesting scene than one shot in a generic hotel room.

But if you instead choose to take your barely-18 model, dress him up in a middle school uniform, put Algebra 1 textbooks next to him, and Power Rangers or Sesame Street stuffed animals or whatever in the scene, any reasonable person is going to infer from that setting that the kid is underage, or you want people to *think* the kid is underage. That is the line that shouldn't be crossed.

You can argue that it is *legal* but that isn't a battle I would want to fight with Aunt Minnie in Cletusville, TN on the jury. (BTW, I'd make the exact same argument in straight porn for taking a barely 18 girl and dressing her up in a similar way)

Of course, it's up to you. But if you get too close to the line, you invite scrutiny, and you also have a hard time getting affilaites to promote your site.

I hate to think about lines, while Sesame Street does take things too far (have seen some underwear with that on it) to tell the truth I like the Power Rangers idea that could be fun LOL

Everyone knows these guys are not 4 years old, and do not have pacifiers, or blankes, or play with stuff animals. Not sure anyone believes that is reality. Yet its not like I am going to make plushy site tomorrow even though it might still be fun to do.

I really just don’t like limiting my options when I create themes for sites or in the future videos. This is one of the best things about porn is the freedom, not much more they can do to you after your seen in the “XXX” crowd anyway.

btw, Sam, for what it's worth... I took a look at your site, and while I can see why they would ask for the IDs, every model I saw could plausibly be 18, and I didn't see any language or props that would imply underaged models.

I can't say the same thing for a lot of the Russian/Eastern European sites... but it looks to me like you're on pretty safe ground.

I spent a number of hours getting all the IDs together and provided them to Epoch compliance. They are now asking that i provide them with EVERY SINGLE release form. Fuck waisting the time, im already almost signed up with CCBILL EU.

When it comes to shooting young loking models in a scene to make them look younger, i for one would never ever do that. I have seen content for sale here and there with similar suggestive ideas, such a 18 year old guys wearing "bugs bunny" pajammas and such in a kid looking bedroom.

Something i stay away from and will continue to stay away from. Im really into the whole "outdoors" thing at the moment, and i am working on releated tours ect.
