That depends on a lot of factors.
I have owned 5 banner exchanges and CTRs have varied greatly from exchange to exchange depending on several factors, including the type of banner, where the location of the banner was, the size, whether text or a graphic was used to send traffic back to the exchange and, of course, what the exchange ratio was.
Typically i aimed to get around a 4%-5% CTR from any single creative id run on the exchange.

GaySexSwap is one and GayClick (i think, could be queerclick) was the other, neither are especially appealing in terms of traffic.
