Is the net broken tonight?

Ok Im submitting a new site tonight and so far 4 of my link lists are having problems. Im getting errors on all 4 submit pages and one i cant get to at all. Anyone else finding this?

yeah, that's the great thing about the net... we kept going off and on yesterday - when I looked out the window, I saw 2 big trucks and guys huddled over the new connection box in the street - I yelled out from my balcony "hey, our cable's down!" and one of them yelled back "yeah, I know!"

gee, Time/Warner is real efficient now - they actually send people around to fix the problems as they occur.....!
