The problem is, whilst they may be sending a lot of traffic, for the most part it is worthless unless your sponsors offer up localized tours and/or join page for Spanish speaking surfers.
There's a reason these guys are pulling the galleries from sites not submitted to them, because nobody is submitting to them because the traffic is perceived to be unbillable.
Much like traffic from those Japanese leech/hotlinking sites, unless you are actually making sales from this traffic they are sending you, its actually costing you money.

Yeah i see that. If you had a spanish tour and maybe a pay per free sign up program it may be worth a few $'s though surely?
Is it Mexican, South American or Spanish traffic? If it's from Spain, then it is probably good traffic and I wouldn't mind getting some.
Btw, as soon as I get rich from this internets thingy... we are moving to Barcelona or Sitges! Spain seems like heaven on earth for a gay man... gay marriage, hot men, non-existant homophobia in urban and resort areas, very liberal attitudes about everything... nudity, drugs (not that I do any), deemphasis of organized religion, etc.

Doesn't anybody use google language translation on foreign sites? I use it all of the time (another reason to despise Flash tours). I would imagine non-english speaking surfers would be used to using google translation.
Well i get many counter stats showing "to english" translations. Id guess some do the other way but most would just move on.
And honestly, how many people ACTUALLY read the text on a porn site anyways?! Lol. I think the images and videos sell a site more than anything. The only thing that would concern me is that the traffic is coming from an impoverished country with no credit cards... the language barrier just doesn't seem that important on the internet.
