Where is the best place to sell or put your website up for sale?

I have had some family problems that force me to seriously consider selling my adult website. My website has only been live for 6 weeks but we have already done $10k in revenue and I have over 250 active members. I also have 7 hardcore movies and film shoots that are exclusive and to which no rights have ever been sold. Where is the best forum or what is the best avenue through which to sell my website?

For something that is making that much in just over 6 weeks you will more than likely find someone on GFY who will be interested as they tend to have less common sense than the rest of the adult industry

I am not sure what GFY is to be honest so if you could help me out with some more info I would appreciate it. It sounds like you are not so enthusiastic about the prospect of someone with sense wanting to buy an existing website..?

I would however suggest that they take all steps necessary to validate the claims being made by the sites current owner in terms of revenue before sending out any $$$

Of course. I plan on disclosing full financial transparency to any serious buyer. I would never buy anything unless that was the case so I certainly wouldn't sell in any other way either.

With a website so new, and such a short period of financial records, it will be very hard to sell.

You would probably get more money selling off your exclusive content to a broker, or another webmaster.

I love the concept and I'd buy it in a heartbeat... if you had some stockpiled content. Unfortunately I'd be afraid to shoot new content for the site. Those are some scary guys.
