I already have my design but looking for someone to clean up my members area a little to make it more neat and clean looking anyone can do this and how much ?

Why do you want it fixed?

Do you just want it to look pretty or do you have an actual business reason for wanting it redesigned?

No redesign it just clean up the html code in my members area to make it look nicer and neater that's all

unless you have A LOT of useless and redundant code in your html pages for your member area I would not change a bit since it can not be that dramatic for bandwith reasons... never change a running system

If you just want to clean up spacing and indentation to make the html webmaster friendly, free program http://infohound.net/tidy/ can do this. If you want to prevent it from "fixing" any code, use the advanced options to uncheck fixes.
