    Last minute tax question

We need to get our taxes finished and we've been arguing all weekend over where to list daddy's loads - should we claim Tony's loads as a company asset or list somewhere as deduction....

please help us decide where to put Tony's loads

    1) charitable contribution

    2) luxury tax

    3) capital gains

    4) amortized over time

    5) other
