    Scary stuff for sure, and it seems he was court ordered to hospitalization in 2005 for being a danger to himself as well. Lot of questions come remain unanswered.

    If someone wants to do something, I don't think that there is anything you can do to stop them. Even if there were stricter gun laws in Virginia, he could have easily bought them on from Newspaper ads etc. Private Citizens selling guns do not have to do background checks, etc. So no matter how you look at it, if he was determined enough to do it, it would have happened.
