good question. there seems to be a fetish for "uncut". however, there are some people out there (such as myself), that prefer "cut". i actually have a pretty extreme fetish for cut cocks and pee slits. i think "uncut" is more of a fetish here in the US where most of us were/are circumcised, whereas "cut" might be more of a fetish in europe or overseas where more guys are uncut.
