Adwords Problem

I just started a demo adwords campaign but it's been a day and the ads aren't showing up on searches. My Max CPC is $1 and the campaigns are showing as active, but ads still aren't showing up in search results.

Anyone know what could be wrong? This is a new account.

Contact support. New ads take a few days to get approved. If you contact them it usually speeds it up

I read in another thread that Google was no longer allowing adult ads. Not sure if that's taken effect yet. That could be the problem.

that was about Adsense for sites

Adwords is ok with adult sites though they can picky about wording of the ads using certain words

Adwords usually approves ads fast during the day, no more than 8 hours in my experience.
