Connection problem with CCBill

Ok, so I can't login to CCbill's admin for both programs and webmasters. I believe I am having a router issue. I get this page can not be displayed for both.

I've disabled my virus program and firewalls and it still can not be displayed. Both in IE7 and FF2.

CCBill support wasn't much help figuring out how to get it to connect.

I do not have any other problems loading any other site. I have many bank accounts, forum accts, etc. and they all load fine.

I've tried on multiple computers here and they all fail, so this leads me to believe it is either a router or ISP problem.

Mr router does not show any errors and it does not show any sites being blocked.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what with the router could be blocking their site from loading on our computers? Any settings I should check?

did you try pinging CCBILL

maybe a conection error locally.

Pinging gives a request timed out.

I've seen this problem before when your computer gets infected by a virus that disables secure socket layer. If this is the case, you won't be able to access *any* site using SSL (https://) Test it by trying to go to any other secure site. If you can't get there either, then your computer has been infected.
