I am doing some optimization work on a site of mine. Neither word is a meant to be a keyword - what with 200 million Google pages with dick (being also a name) and 75 million with cock.
Sure, the easy answer would be "dick" via Google... but I am curious.
What term would you generally use - cock, dick or another to describe your penis? I personally like to write and use cock.

As others have suggested, it really depends on how the word is used.
When I type both words into Wordtracker, a keyword analyzing tool "big dick" would pull in 7091 searches a day, while "big cock" = 6655; "big black cock" = 1616 and "big black dick" = 1301; but "huge cock" = 7339 and "huge dick" = 2573.
