Are you sure thats her and its not doctored or for a film? I saw her several times at differnt screenings for her films just a few months ago and she looked nothing like that.

It does look very very slightly like her, but I would highly doubt that it was her. Kate Blanchett has had several movies come out lately as well as personal appearances for different events and she looks nothing like the picture posted.
