My web site is just about one of the longest running sites on the world wide web but I am ashamed to say I have no idea how to do TGP's.
I need to talk to someone about hiring them to do some for me or teach me.

I wouldn't waste my time to be honest. That market is so over-saturated and it's so difficult to make a buck. It took me six months to figure out that I didn't want to waste my time any more. Certainly some people make a good living at TGPs, but it'll take you a lot of trial and error to get it right and make it profitable.
The best way I learn was simply to go to a TGP and start clicking. Here's one:

Yes, but the problem with TGP traffic is that it's a bunch of freeloaders that are very hesitant to pull their credit cards out of their wallets. It may not be the most productive traffic to get.
