Grunt Workers

Where does one find people to do grunt work, like resizing pictures? The odd time I've been close to getting someone in the Phillipines, but it just always seems to fall apart. I'm not interested in outsourcing, I'm interested in just working with someone casually.

I also wouldn't mind a blog writer, but that's not grunt work per se.

I think that some of the Philipino companys are alright... I also believe that outsourcing to some other countries isn't the worst thing in the world... I have outsourced some work to many different places, and have had some good results.

I just meant that I'm not interested in using an outsource company because I don't fell like paying $800 a month for a dedicated employee. And I think I can get a better deal paying an individual directly.

You will for sure.

Especially when you take in to account of that $800 a month, the 'employee' is actually only seeing maybe $400 of it.

I hire people all the time for one-time jobs, lots of them from GWW, you'd be suprised how many people just want to make an extra couple of hundred bucks each month, just post a thread saying exactly what you are looking for and im sure you'll have someone contact you
