How often are you blogging?

Is once a day per blog enough? Does blogging more often bring the same surfers back or does it just push your last post closer to oblivion?

I schedule new blog releases every 2nd day, I usually blog once a week and schedule the updates for the week.

I usually setup stuff to post every second day, or if it's a prerelease announcement on a dvd or some such, I try to run it about 3 days before the street release date.
