Looks like they're using our template to promote a site (which they may also have stolen, can't tell for sure) through TGPs.

If you run a TGP and happen to have these guys in your database, I'd appreciate it if you ban them. I've already put in a DMCA request to the host to delete our content.

I'm guessing the "bandwidth limit exceeded" is probably their upstream's way of taking the server offline as a result of my DMCA complaint to them. The site was one of the jankiest sites I've seen, and didn't have any video content, so I seriously doubt they could have exceeded bandwidth capacity.

I didn't even bother doing a DMCA to the site owner, since he was in Kazakhstan.
