Has anyone used webnamesolution.com

I've just been emailed the opportunity to buy a domain name with a .com extension for a domain with a different extension we already own. The price is great and the company is called webnamesolution.com based in Canada. They give a phone number but no address anywhere which makes me suspicious. Anyone used them to buy and transfer domains?
